By purchasing this digital scrapbook graphic product, you are licensed to use the components for your personal
use and limited scrap for hire use only and agree to these terms. No other use is authorized.
GENERAL TERMS:
- You may not use this digital scrapbook graphic product or its components for professional use
- other than limted scrap for hire (see terms below) unless permission is granted, in writing, by Jennifer M. Trippetti.
- You may not resell or redistribute this digital scrapbook graphic product or its components in any way.
- Redistributing means providing all or any parts of this digital scrapbook graphic product in anyway to anyone.
- Redistribution is not allowed.
- You may not claim content or altered content as your own work. You may not take any part of the components
- and alter them, claiming them as your own work.
- You may submit your layouts to magazines and online forums as long as proper credit is given to Jennifer M.
- Trippetti or JMT-art.
- You may alter components of this kit for your own personal use, as long as altered work is not claimed as your
- own work.
LIMITED SCRAP FOR HIRE PERMISSIONS that don't require extra licensing:
- You may use these designs to create layouts or craft projects (e.g. altered projects) that you sell.
- Pages must be flattened JPGs and at no time are you allowed to distribute individual pieces of this graphics set.
- You MAY NOT create and sell or give away quick pages (which allow users to place their own photo into the
- layout).
- This "Scrap for Hire" permission is for small single person businesses and not intended for corporations.
- Credit to Jennifer M. Trippetti or JMT-art is appreciated, but not required.
COMMERCIAL USE TERMS that don't require extra licensing:
- This license is intended for digital scrapbook designers only.
- CU Elements and papers may be used as-is, no credit required, to design your digital scrapbook kits. They are meant to be incorporated into your kit.
- Do not sell items individually (you may package papers or elements in a kit with your other work provided that use of JMT-art products is limited to 25% of your entire kit.
- CU Overlays must be incorporated into your design and not sold as-is.
- You may freebies as long as they are changed up from the original (ie:cluster, or something that is totally different from the original) in no way must the original file be given away as a freebie.
- Grayscale items may not be included in any kit as-is.
- NO MASS productions are okay under any circumstance. This is for Digital Scrapbook Designers and Digital Scrap for hire home base only!
- YOU MAY NOT use JMT-art commercial use products to create other commercial use products, except scrap for hire products. (Meaning you can offer your items for sale as personal use or scrap for hire use, but you cannot offer any of my products for other commercial use.)
- YOU MAY NOT create brushes, rub-on's, overlays and such for resale using any JMT-art commercial use products.
Jennifer M. Trippetti DBA JMT-art shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this digital
scrapbook graphic product.
